YONDER and ARSENAL come together to present THE RUNNERS CLINIC.

Do you want legs of steal? How about hips that don’t quit, or thighs that can save lives?

This is the best leg workout for any level of trail runner because as Cody puts it, “these moves are created to tighten the bolts that hold the car together rather than to increase its horsepower".” In other words, we meet each runners at their own speed and endurance level, but this workout then brings the focused more on the actual elements that holds those two together.

In the renowned health and wellness gym, Arsenal, our crew was guided through a series of drills and exercises - progressing in difficulty that circulated around the body. From hips mobility, ankle stability and foot dexterity, providing an encyclopedia of workouts that could easily be adopt into their training.
